We provide two products, Wait & Ready and Service Flow.
Basic idea - 1) Use Mobile Phone Texting to communicate direct with your customers! and
2)Manage your customers and their repairs.
Ready Flow is best suited for Pharmacies, Parts Stores, or Hardware Store new assemblies, where a customer is waiting
for their prescription, part or gas grill to be ready for pick-up. Mobile Phone Text (SMS) messages are sent
to inform customers of their progress, specifically, when their item is in progress, back ordered, or is ready.
